The Power of the Wicked and the Justice of God

A certain anti-Christian, legal organization is filing lawsuits in courts all over the United States, trying to remove crosses, the ten commandments, and any public display of Christianity or of God. I already knew about them, but I was very shocked and more upset to learn that wicked judges actually award this organization around $100,000 US dollars on average for each case that they win. The reason? Some atheist was offended at having seen such a display. (? :P!) One such case even produced $500,000 for this group! This is an outrage. But it gets worse...

When you think about the tremendous number of lawsuits they have filed and continue to file, that amounts to many millions of dollars awarded to them (perhaps even a few hundred million dollars) -- and here's the worst part: The wicked judges use tax money to pay them!!! This means that every working person, including myself, has to pay money to this anti-Christian group so that they can go around the country and erase every evidence of God! These judges take money from every U.S. citizen and gives it to this horrid organization!!! We are being forced to support such an evil group! I would never do that! How wicked are these judges and lawyers!

Afterward, I went on a walk, and upon returning, I got on the internet and stumbled across this Psalm at crosswalk.com (!):

Psalm 37: 1-20
1 A Psalm of David. Do not fret because of evildoers, Nor be envious of the workers of iniquity. 2 For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, And wither as the green herb. 3 Trust in the Lord, and do good; Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. 4 Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart. 5 Commit your way to the Lord, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass. 6 He shall bring forth your righteousness as the light, And your justice as the noonday. 7 Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for Him; Do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, Because of the man who brings wicked schemes to pass. 8 Cease from anger, and forsake wrath; Do not fret--it only causes harm. 9 For evildoers shall be cut off; But those who wait on the Lord, They shall inherit the earth. 10 For yet a little while and the wicked shall be no more; Indeed, you will look carefully for his place, But it shall be no more. 11 But the meek shall inherit the earth, And shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace. 12 The wicked plots against the just, And gnashes at him with his teeth. 13 The Lord laughs at him, For He sees that his day is coming. 14 The wicked have drawn the sword And have bent their bow, To cast down the poor and needy, To slay those who are of upright conduct. 15 Their sword shall enter their own heart, And their bows shall be broken. 16 A little that a righteous man has Is better than the riches of many wicked. 17 For the arms of the wicked shall be broken, But the Lord upholds the righteous. 18 The Lord knows the days of the upright, And their inheritance shall be forever. 19 They shall not be ashamed in the evil time, And in the days of famine they shall be satisfied. 20 But the wicked shall perish; And the enemies of the Lord, Like the splendor of the meadows, shall vanish. Into smoke they shall vanish away.

Yeah, I find that very comforting. I just wish I could somehow undo the damage that they have done.

Prayer can accomplish a lot though!

2Ch 7:14 -
If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. :D!

It really angers me when our government supports atheists like that because, if you think about it, you can really call atheism a religion (or belief), and government isn't supposed to cater to any religious group. They claim they're supporting freedom of religion but they're really doing the opposite!

About those verses from Psalms...it's so good to know that no matter how much my government changes and disappoints me, my God will not change or disappoint me, and He's really the one in charge. :)

Yup, Atheism is definitely a religion. I know. The liberal leaders are so slippery of tongue and deed. I can't stand 'em. We'll just have to trust God to bring our nation back to Him, and pray and stand up against them and their ways as He leads.

Yeah, I'm so glad God is perfect and Holy and so, well, AWESOME! And I'm awfully glad He's in control! :D

There are no coincidences... sometimes I find verses like that. I think that's how God speaks to us now -- so that's really great, to be so mad about that kind of thing and then have God telling you He's going to take care of it. ^_^ I just love it when stuff like that happens!

Eowyn: I'm sorry the Canadian government is doing stuff like this too. *trusts God* Yeah, crosswalk.com ROCKS! :)

Elai: That's kinda like what my grandmother used to say: "Circumstances are of God." Yeah, I love it when that sort of thing happens too. :D And sometimes, when He doesn't seem to provide an answer or even to be near, He is still there, always listening to us! :)

Gosh those kind of people drive me insane. In some schools in my area you are not allowed to say the word God as in a heavenly being but you are allowed to say it as a swear word. I think they need to worry more about offending the Christians :) But thats awesome about finding that Psalm. God works in mysterious ways.

Yeah, those school systems are really messed up. I just wish enough parents would get together and regain control over those school boards that support such terrible policies! :) He sure does! :D

OK, time for a postie!
